Our STAYCATION EVENT gives home buyers the opportunity to look at the homes and ask questions they may have about living in a maintenance free community.

I’m also excited to announce that we have the NEW Detached Style homes; the Palazzo, Portico, and Promenade (listed in order of smallest to largest sq. ft.). The foundation for one of these floor plan styles is down now!

At Lexington Villas we are excited to announce the start of construction for our detached homes! The detached homes will be individual condos in a plantation home style. There are only two detached homes left to sell and only ten lots left to build in our Lexington Villas  community.

Lexington Villas is a maintenance free community. What does maintenance free mean? It means that we take care of the exterior of the home and the landscaping. This leaves you to enjoy your home and community worry free. Do you love to garden? Gardening is permitted in the designated areas around your home. Once Lexington Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.

Golden Hills Golf and Country Club, one of many area golf courses is only about a half mile drive. If boating and fishing are your pleasure, Lake Murray, the jewel of the area is just minutes away! Time to test your pallet; Columbia’s fine dining is located only 15 minutes away in the Vista.

At Lexington Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.

To get to Lexington Villas take I-20 WEST, exit 61 for Sunset Blvd. and turn right. Continue for 4 miles and then turn right on Whiteford Way. Go 1/4 mile and turn left on Laryn Lane. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
