Our June 11^th Event went very well, we had a large turnout. We had delicious catering from Three Pigs and Hudson’s Smokehouse. I’m excited to see how many people will come to our July 9^th Event. Mark your calendars for July 9^th and come join in the FUN!

The STAYCATION EVENT is for Potential Homebuyers to come out and enjoy Food, Fun, and PRIZES! Residents will also be present, so don’t be shy about asking them questions.

At Lexington Villas we are excited to announce the start of construction for our detached homes! The detached homes will be individual condos in a plantation home style. There are only two detached homes left to sell and only ten lots left to build in our Lexington Villas  community.

Lexington Villas is a maintenance free community. What does maintenance free mean? It means that we take care of the exterior of the home and the landscaping. This leaves you to enjoy your home and community worry free. Do you love to garden? Gardening is permitted in the designated areas around your home. Once Lexington Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.

Golden Hills Golf and Country Club, one of many area golf courses is only about a half mile drive. If boating and fishing are your pleasure, Lake Murray, the jewel of the area is just minutes away! Time to test your pallet; Columbia’s fine dining is located only 15 minutes away in the Vista.

At Lexington Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.

To get to Lexington Villas take I-20 WEST, exit 61 for Sunset Blvd. and turn right. Continue for 4 miles and then turn right on Whiteford Way. Go 1/4 mile and turn left on Laryn Lane. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
