UPDATE: Palazzo!!!
Be sure to visit Lexington Villas, our only constructed Palazzo floor plan is going into the next phase after framing and will be available for tours in the coming weeks. The Palazzo is a spacious 1516 square foot detached plan. All of our homes come standard with kitchen appliances and granite countertops.

At Lexington Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.
To get to Lexington Villas take I-20 WEST, exit 61 for Sunset Blvd. and turn right. Continue for 4 miles and then turn right on Whiteford Way. Go 1/4 mile and turn left on Laryn Lane. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
