Peach Grove Villas won Best Overall at 2010 Tour of Homes for the Canterbury style floor plan which is offered at Lexington Villas as well.
The Tour of Homes will take place during the following weekends in September and October from 12-6pm.
Saturday and Sunday September 17th and 18th, 2011
Saturday and Sunday September 24th and 25th, 2011
Saturday and Sunday October 1st and 2nd, 2011
The 2011 Tour of Homes is a scattered site tour located throughout Kershaw,
Richland and Lexington Counties. The TOUR is the perfect source for anyone planning to buy a new home now or in the future.
Pick up your FREE Tour of Homes plan book at any Columbia area Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate offices or at these Featured Communities: Lexington Villas or Peach Grove Villas. The plan book will also be available online at the TOUR OF HOMES website. Once you have the plan book, review the overview map to locate the TOUR home and community. Specific directions to each house appear on the builder pages next to the floor plan. Follow the distinctive red, white and blue signs to the new homes and communities on the TOUR. WHY Buy Now?
Right now housing prices are the lowest they have been in years, however we don’t know when the prices will start to rise again. Waiting on the prices to fall further may not be the best strategy either since “the government has proposed a tightening of lending standards called Quality Residential Mortgage (QRM)”. If the QRM is passed it will make the loan qualification process more difficult as well as cause an increase in loan costs. With housing prices and interest rates falling, right now owning is cheaper than renting in 80% of markets. Once Lexington Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.

Hours & Location:
At Lexington Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.
To get to Lexington Villas take I-20 WEST, exit 61 for Sunset Blvd. and turn right. Continue for 4 miles and then turn right on Whiteford Way. Go 1/4 mile and turn left on Laryn Lane. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
