The August 13th Final Staycation Event had a wonderful turnout! We had roughly 80 NEW potential homebuyers at the event!!! Thank you to all the residents and potential home buyers that came out to see our locations. We enjoyed seeing all of you.
The STAYCATION EVENT was for Potential Homebuyers to visit our communities and meet residents. Though the Staycation events have ended for this year, people are always welcome to view and tour our communities. Our business hours are 11am-6pm Monday – Saturday and 1pm-6pm on Sundays.

WHY Buy Now?
Right now housing prices are the lowest they have been in years, however we don’t know when the prices will start to rise again. Waiting on the prices to fall further may not be the best strategy either since “the government has proposed a tightening of lending standards called Quality Residential Mortgage (QRM)”. If the QRM is passed it will make the loan qualification process more difficult as well as cause an increase in loan costs. At Lexington Villas we are excited to announce the start of construction for our detached homes! The detached homes will be individual condos in a plantation home style. Lexington Villas is a maintenance free community. What does maintenance free mean? It means that we take care of the exterior of the home and the landscaping. This leaves you to enjoy your home and community worry free. Do you love to garden? Gardening is permitted in the designated areas around your home. Once Lexington Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.

To get to Lexington Villas take I-20 WEST, exit 61 for Sunset Blvd. and turn right. Continue for 4 miles and then turn right on Whiteford Way. Go 1/4 mile and turn left on Laryn Lane. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
