Peach Grove Villas is a maintenance free community. What does maintenance free mean? It means that we take care of the exterior of the home and the landscaping. This leaves you to enjoy your home and community worry free. Do you love to garden? Gardening is permitted in the designated areas around your home. Once Peach Grove Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.

Near Peach Grove Villas:

If you love to shop, The Sandhill Shopping center is only a short 5 minute drive. Time to test your pallet; Columbia’s fine dining is located only 15 minutes away in the Vista.

Hours & Location:

At Peach Grove Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.

To get to Peach Grove Villas take I-20E, exit 80 for Clemson Road and turn left. Continue for 1.5 miles and then turn right on Earth Road; ¼ of a mile on right. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
