Come Join Our STAYCATION EVENT Hosted By Peach Grove Villas and Lexington Villas. There will be FOOD, FUN, and PRIZES!

Dates of the STAYCATION EVENT are as follows:

Sunday, May 8^th from 1pm-5pm

Saturday, June 11^th from 1pm-5pm

Saturday, July 9^th from 1pm-5pm

Saturday, August 13^th 1pm-5pm

Our May 8^th Event went very well; we had over 30 people in attendance at our Peach Grove Villas community and over 40 people at our Lexington Villas community. I’m excited to see how many people will come to our June 11^th Event. Mark your calendars for June 11^th and come join in the FUN!

Our STAYCATION EVENT gives home buyers the opportunity to look at the homes and ask questions they may have about living in a maintenance free community.

Last weekend we wrote three new contracts! We have about 60% of our homes occupied and upwards of 80% SOLD. With only 15 left to sell, you know you want to take a tour and pick out you dream home in a maintenance free community today. Like us on Facebook to enjoy picture updates.

Peach Grove Villas is a maintenance free community. What does maintenance free mean? It means that we take care of the exterior of the home and the landscaping. This leaves you to enjoy your home and community worry free. Do you love to garden? Gardening is permitted in the designated areas around your home. Once Peach Grove Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.

If you love to shop, The Sandhill Shopping center is only a short 5 minute drive. Time to test your pallet; Columbia’s fine dining is located only 15 minutes away in the Vista.

At Peach Grove Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.

To get to Peach Grove Villas take I-20E, exit 80 for Clemson Road and turn left. Continue for 1.5 miles and then turn right on Earth Road. 1/4 mile on right. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
