HOMES READY TO SALE: We have one completed home that is move-in ready and there are three homes ready to be customized to your needs. We have about 15 homes left to sell; buildings 1 and 3 have not started construction. So, if you would like to choose your floor plan come in today to pick your new home.
CONSTRUCTION NEWS: The exterior of building 18 is coming along, with hardy plank in place all we have left to do is the beautiful stone exterior. Building 2 workers have been doing a great job getting the fame up this morning. I’m excited to see that we have had a lumber delivery of trusses for building 2. Peach Grove Villas is a maintenance free community. What does maintenance free mean? It means that we take care of the exterior of the home and the landscaping. This leaves you to enjoy your home and community worry free. Do you love to garden? Gardening is permitted in the designated areas around your home. Once Peach Grove Villas has been completed the entrance to the community will be gated and all residents will be given a code to enter the community.
Golden Hills Golf and Country Club, one of many area golf courses is only about a half mile drive. If boating and fishing are your pleasure, Lake Murray, the jewel of the area is just minutes away! Time to test your pallet; Columbia’s fine dining is located only 15 minutes away in the Vista.
At Peach Grove Villas, we give daily tours of our models and homes under construction. Our business hours are 11:00am-6:00pm Monday – Saturday and 1:00pm-6:00pm on Sundays. We are always happy to give a tour and look forward to seeing you.
To get to Peach Grove Villas take I-20E, exit 80 for Clemson Road and turn left. Continue for 1.5 miles and then turn right on Earth Road. 1/4 mile on right. Come to the Clubhouse for a tour.
